That’s why PACER co was founded by three experienced Victorian paramedics (who are also parents). We’ve seen what happens when medical help arrives too late—and we know how often schools are caught unprepared for serious health emergencies. Our vision is simple: place fully qualified paramedics into every school. Not just for emergencies, but for everyday care, training, and peace of mind.

Unlike other providers, PACER co exclusively employs qualified paramedics with AHPRA registration and current industry experience, ensuring you receive professional, reliable care when it matters most.
Our specialised first aid and training services include:
School Health Centre Staffing and Coverage: Providing on-site, professional medical care for students and staff throughout the school day on a full time, part-time or casual basis.
Event First Aid: Ensuring safety and medical readiness during school sports activities and competitions or school events.
School Camp Support: Delivering expert medical care for off-site school camps, ensuring student safety even in remote locations.
Training: We deliver both accredited and non-accredited training and have scope to cover all your training needs.

Medical Support

PACER co staff come with fully stocked medical response kits ensuring the provision of advanced interventions, enabling us to support students well beyond their medical care plan. including:
Oxygen Therapy
Defibrillator (AED)
Advanced Airway Support
Cardiac Monitoring
Trauma Kit (splints, spinal immobilisation, haemorrhage control, wound care)
Medications including Penthrane (green whistle / pain relief), Adrenaline (anaphylaxis), and nebulised Ventolin/Atrovent (asthma).
These resources enable our paramedics to effectively manage a wide range of medical situations on-site, providing a level of care unmatched by conventional first aid and nursing services.
