YOUR STAND DETAILS
Check your Stand Agreement to confirm whether you have a Pre-Built Stand or a Floor Space Only Stand.
Your Pre-Built Stand Package
Your Pre-Built Stand includes:
Walls
2.5m high, White Melamine Walls in an aluminum framework
Fascia
Aluminum fascia, 30cm high on all aisle frontages
Company Sign
1x printed fascia sign per aisle frontage, with Company Name in standard style lettering including stand number (max. 30 letters, Pty Ltd etc. will be deleted)
Names will be printed in UPPERCASE
Lighting
2x 120w track mounted spotlights per 9m2
Lights to be mounted onto the lighting track inside the fascia
Power
1x 4amp powerpoint per stand, regardless of size
Flooring
Blueberry carpet tiles
Adhesives to use on walls: Velcro, bluetac, double-sided adhesive tape or wall-mounted shelving and hooks, all are available from ExpoNet if required. Walls cannot be screwed into.
Adhesives NOT to be used on walls: Pins, staples, screws, nails, bolts, glue and paint will permanently damage the Panels. Charges will apply to Exhibitors who damage wall surfaces.

Audio Visual

Additional Safety Precautions
Should your exhibit feature any of the following items, contact the Organiser on tel 03 9596 9205 for further information on the safety steps you may need to take or written approvals that you may need to gain:
· A second storey
· A solid ceiling/roof area more than 18sqm
· A structure more than three (3) metres high
· Naked flame (e.g. a candle)
· Lighting lower than 2.2m above floor level
All portable light fittings used in the Venue are required to have Certificate of Approval or Suitability from an Australian or New Zealand Electrical Safety Regulator.
Health & Safety Onsite
It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor and Stand Builder to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained before, during and after the Expo. All Exhibitors and Stand Builders must review the OH&S Staff Induction Checklist. This document highlights essential information all staff working at the Show must know before coming onsite. Use this checklist in your pre-Expo meeting or staff training packs.
Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre Site Induction
In order to gain entry to bump in & out, it is now mandatory for all individuals to complete the MCEC induction and present their induction card. Please also advise your stand builders and anyone bringing stock into the hall.
To complete the MCEC induction, please use the link below. MCEC staff will be conducting checks to ensure everyone possesses a valid induction card, and please be aware that entry will be denied to those without it.

Official Show Guide
Every Exhibitor booked and confirmed in the Event prior to Friday 1 August 2025 will receive a free listing in the Event Guide. To ensure you are listed correctly please complete the online compulsory form in your Online Exhibitor Portal. If we do not receive any information your listing will default to a past listing, or the details noted on your Stand Agreement.
